Qualifications:
• Preference given to applicants who possess formal training and/or education in office administration and/or equivalent experience ;
• Employer is open to providing training and mentorship;
• Experienced in use of  Microsoft Office  (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Exceptional customer service skills;
• Excellent communication skills both in-person and in writing;
• Must possess cross cultural awareness and sensitivity with a commitment, care and concern for affordable housing within the community of Sioux Lookout;
• Must be able to provide clear criminal record check as well as be bondable.

Duties:
• Front line customer service, welcoming clients, accepting enquires both in person and over the phone;
• Responsible for data entry for in-house application records as well as waiting list;
• Drafting letters, e-mail and other formal correspondence on behalf of the agency and manager;
• Daily mail pick up and drop offs as well as banking deposits;
• Accepting rental payments via cash and debit processing;
• General office administration duties including but not limited to: maintenance  of filing and electronic record keeping systems & ordering and stocking office supplies as needed
• Other duties as assigned

NOTE: Employer offers flexible scheduling consideration, wage negotiable and depending on experience.
